What is the dress code?

Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

Presentations are available on the Tech Summit site a few days prior to the start of the conference. NiUG International does not supply paper copies of any presentations. 

Will my photo be taken during the conference?

We take photographs during our meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, including NiUG websites. By participating in this conference you grant NiUG International the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

When does registration open?

Online registration is scheduled to open in mid-May 2017.

How do I register online?

Using your personal login and password, log into the Tech Summit site.

Forgot your login and/or password?  Use the reset password feature.  If you don't receive an email message, check your spam filter before contacting Member Services at (570) 243-8700, extension 1 or membership@niug.org 

I'm not a member. How do I register?

If you ever attended a NiUG conference, you already have a login and password.

New to NiUG?  Create a new profile. If you are unable to create a profile, contact us at (570) 243-8700, extension 1 or email membership@niug.org.   Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration. 

How do I cancel my registration?

All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to membership@niug.org. In order to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee), all requests must be received on or before July 7, 2017. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee. Cancellation notifications via social media (e.g., posting on our Facebook page or a tweet) are not accepted.

For the cancellation deadline date on a specific event, please refer to that event’s registration form or site. 

How do I change an existing registration?

All registration changes require a written request to be processed and can be sent to membership@niug.org.

What is included in the registration fee?

Tech Summit registration fees include: 

  • Opening, keynote, & breakout sessions
  • Continental breakfast on both days
  • Buffet lunch on both days
  • Refreshment breaks (AM and PM)

Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?

No. Registration materials are available for pickup onsite in the Registration area.
