Where is the 2020 NiUG Tech & User Summit?
The New Orleans Marriott at 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA USA, 70130. For more information, be sure to review the website and the full conference agenda and the registration form .

What is the conference schedule?
Training courses are scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2020 and the Tech/User's portion of the conference runs Tuesday, April 28, 2020 through Wednesday, April 29, 2020. For more information, download the full agenda.

What is the dress code?
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?
Presentations are available on the conference site a few days prior to the start of the conference.

Will my photo be taken during the conference?
We take photographs during our meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, including NiUG websites. By participating in this conference you grant NiUG the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

When does registration open?
Online registration is scheduled to open in January 2020. Interested in saving money on registration? Contact membership to see if we have speaking opportunities available! 

How do I register online?
Using your personal login and password, log into the Conference Site .

I'm not a member. How do I register?
If you ever attended a NiUG conference, you already have a login and password.

New to NiUG? Create a new profile. If you are unable to create a profile, contact us at (570) 243-8700, extension 103 or email membership@niug.org. Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration. 

How do I cancel my registration?
All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to membership@niug.org. In order to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee), all requests must be received on or before April 6, 2020. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee. Cancellation notifications via social media (e.g., posting on our Facebook page or a tweet) are not accepted.

For the cancellation deadline date on a specific event, please refer to that event’s registration form or site. 

How do I change an existing registration?
All registration changes require a written request to be processed and can be sent to membership@niug.org.

What is included in the registration fee?
Monday registration includes:

  • Pre-Summit Training Class
  • WiFi Connection
  • A Image/Work Space to follow along with the instructor
  • Complimentary Breakfast (morning attendees only)
  • Morning coffee break (morning attendees only)
  • Complimentary Lunch
  • Afternoon coffee break (afternoon attendees only)
  • Partner & Exhibitor Welcome Reception (users and sponsoring companies only)

Tuesday & Wednesday registration includes:

  • Opening, general, and breakout sessions each day (registered to attend)
  • Complimentary Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Complimentary Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Refreshment breaks (AM and PM)

How do I reset my login and password?

Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?
No. Registration materials are available for pickup onsite in the Registration area.
