iUG Refund Policy


REFUNDS:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

In-Person Events and Virtual/On-Demand Events:  
In-Person Conferences/Events:
 Any events held in-person must be canceled in writing via email to [email protected] at least 10 business days before the start of the first day of the event. A refund will be given, minus an administrative fee of $100/USD. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be processed and the refund will be given via the same method of payment originally submitted by attendee.
Virtual and On-Demand Events: IF a charge applies, these events must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of the start of the event. A refund will be given, minus an administrative fee of $25/USD. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be processed and the refund will be given via the same method of payment originally submitted by attendee.
If cancellation is not provided pre-event, no refunds will be given. Please contact Michele Morgan via email to discuss options if you must cancel due to Covid-19 or other transmittable illnesses.

Membership:
In the event that your membership is denied or canceled due to iUG Bylaws - a full refund will be given to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 days for processing.
If a member renews or pays for membership and later decides to rescind their membership, they may do so for a full refund minus a 25% administrative fee. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed and the refund will be given via the same method of payment originally submitted by attendee.
