What is the conference schedule?
Training courses are scheduled for Wednesday, April 4, 2018 and the user's portion of the conference runs Thursday, April 5, 2018 through Friday, April 6, 2018.  For more information, download the full agenda.

What is the dress code?
Attire is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and, most importantly, comfortable shoes. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?
Presentations are available on the conference site a few days prior to the start of the conference.

Will my photo be taken during the conference?
We take photographs during our meetings and events for use in advertising, newsletters, and other promotional materials, including NiUG websites. By participating in this conference you grant NiUG the right to use your name and photograph for such purposes.

Are conference scholarships available?
Yes, the Phil Roberts Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to allow iMIS users – both non-members and NiUG members - to attend the Discovery Conference of their choice - either in the United States, Canada, or Asia-Pacific. Three (3) recipients will be awarded a scholarship valued at $1,500 including full conference registration and up to $500 in travel expenses.  Learn more & download an application.

REGISTRATION

When does registration open?
Online registration is scheduled to open in early January 2018. Please note, we will be launching a seperate registration page for our exhibitors & partners. 

How do I register online?
Using your personal login and password, log into the Conference Site.

Forgot your login and/or password?  Use the reset password feature.  If you don't receive an email message, check your spam filter before contacting Member Services at (570) 243-8700, extension 1 or membership@niug.org 

I'm not a member. How do I register?
If you ever attended a NiUG conference, you already have a login and password.

New to NiUG?  Create a new profile. If you are unable to create a profile, contact us at (570) 243-8700, extension 1 or email membership@niug.org.   Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration. 

How do I cancel my registration?
All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to membership@niug.org. In order to receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee), all requests must be received on or before March 23, 2018. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee. Cancellation notifications via social media (e.g., posting on our Facebook page or a tweet) are not accepted.

For the cancellation deadline date on a specific event, please refer to that event’s registration form or site. 

How do I change an existing registration?
All registration changes require a written request to be processed and can be sent to membership@niug.org.

What is included in the registration fee?
Wednesday registration includes:

  • Training Class
  • WiFi Connection
  • Complimentary Breakfast (morning attendees only)
  • Complimentary Lunch
  • Speed Networking (iMIS users only)
  • Morning coffee break
  • Afternoon coffee break
  • Access to the NiUG Job Board

Thursday & Friday registration includes:
  • Opening, general, micro, and breakout sessions each day (registered to attend)
  • Complimentary Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Complimentary Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Refreshment breaks (AM and PM)
  • Speed Networking (iMIS users only / Thursday only)
  • Access to the NiUG Job Board
  • Thank You Reception

Will I receive my registration materials in the mail?
No. Registration materials are available for pickup onsite in the Registration area.
