While out of the box iMIS comes with a plethora of business objects, chances are that your organization will eventually need to build your own. This session will explore the basics of a business object, how to replicate and modify an existing one, how to create your own from scratch, using filters and joins inside a business object (and when that is not the best way to go), adjusting the display of a field (so a currency field will actually show a currency symbol), and why you need a key.
